PEOPLE
Discovering Your Leadership DNA

Presenters: Dane Deutsch & Lee Ellis
Target Audience: CEO, Presidents, COO, CFO, Senior Leaders/Managers

Session Description: This session is for the courageous – those who are willing to go eyeball to eyeball with their biggest challenge in leadership – themselves.  Participants will understand better how to lead and manage themselves in order to better lead and manage others.   We will begin with a serious discussion of character in leadership (Good, Bad, and Ugly); your stories will make it lively.  Next we’ll look at levels of leadership; participants will learn what makes up each level and how to move higher.  Most of the morning will involve unpacking the Leadership Freedom DNA assessment that participants will take online prior to the conference.  Here, you will learn your strengths for leadership and how you get in your own way at times.   We’ll explore differences and how good leadership comes from a variety of talents and styles.  Of course the best leaders use this same concept to manage each individual uniquely and that will be part of our discussion. Using the results of the previous sessions, each participant will outline a personal leadership development plan and debrief it with a peer.  Participants go home armed with a solid action plan based on their leadership DNA for moving up to the next level.

1. Engage in a serious discussion about their leadership
2. Understand their unique leadership DNA
3. Gain insights into how to manage others with similar and different talents
